Processing Time
All Boujoux pieces are hand-crafted and packed by Mandy personally. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.

Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Domestic Shipping (US)

• Standard shipping: 3-7 business days after processing
• Expedited shipping: available at checkout

International Shipping
We do not currently ship to international destinations.

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages
