Refund policy

We want you to love it. So, if you don’t, let us know.

Boujoux provides returns and exchanges (within the continental US only) for qualifying orders purchased on our website.  

We’ll gladly provide a refund or exchange for unworn items sent back to Boujoux within 30 days of the receipt date. Please email Boujoux.info@gmail.com before you send your item to avoid a delay in processing. 

You are responsible for shipping fees for returned items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Refunds will be applied digitally to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for returns processing. Exchanges will ship within 3-5 business days from receipt of return items if items are in stock.
